I highly recommend this for any business especially in the startup phase or those who have analysis paralysis. Staci's experience in all aspects of running a business- from the startup to do list, to task delegation, to working on your own personal development- is so helpful and gives a framework for success!

Breaking down a huge abstract idea into process-oriented actionable steps really helped me understand how this is actually doable. In the past, it has felt as if [business partner] and I were fighting two different battles in pursuit of the same goal. Now we have much more clarity on the roles each of needs to take, how they compliment each other, and how we need to work together to achieve our goal.
I absolutely loved all of the tools & templates! I think this is the first time I've been able to clearly communicate my vision with [my business partner], ask him questions, and include him in it. My business partner now feels like we CAN do this - I haven't seen that in him before because it's so daunting when you don't have a road map. He needs one direly in order to function and he has that now 🙂
